WellPlate provides general nutrition guidance. It is not a medical service, and it does not replace care from your doctor.
The meal plans we provide are general nutrition guidance based on the answers you give us. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment, and not a prescription. Nothing here creates a doctor–patient relationship.
We do not examine you, run tests, or monitor your condition over time. A meal plan is written from a questionnaire, and a questionnaire can only ever show part of the picture.
Speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian before making changes to your diet, and especially if you:
Never stop, start, or change a medication because of anything in a meal plan.
Stop following your plan and seek medical attention if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait to hear from us — we cannot respond to emergencies, and we do not monitor submissions outside working hours.
The plan you receive is only as good as the information you give us. Tell us about every condition, medication, and allergy that applies to you, and update us when something changes. We rely on what you report; we cannot verify it.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including weight loss, weight gain, or improvement in any measure of health. Results depend on factors outside a meal plan and outside our control.
If anything in your plan is unclear or does not seem right for you, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] before following it.
